What used to be a slow, in-person process suddenly had to evolve. When the pandemic hit, UNAM faced the urgent need to digitize its postgraduate application procedures — and that’s how this project was born. Designed to simplify and transform the experience for aspiring students, this solution brought accessibility, clarity, and efficiency to one of the university’s most critical processes.
